SUMMER THYME
2 C. frozen apple chunks
½ C. avocado chunks
½ -1 C. shredded kale
¼ C. lime juice
4 tsp. (wild) thyme leaves, fresh or dried
1 ½ C. water
1-2 tsp. unshelled hemp seeds (optional)
3 tsp. honey or to taste
Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Serve immediately. Serves 1-2.
